In teaming with AVEDA hair care products which are 100% Botanical, we take important steps to educate you on the effects of using store brand box colors on your hair prior to coming to Destiny for a color correction or color change.
It is important that you understand that colors that have ammonia, alcohol, and other harmful agents can cause the professional color to not properly adhere to the hair shaft.
We strongly recommend a strict hair consultation, intake information about prior products you have used on your hair, and the understanding that it may take more than one color application or correction to obtain the look you desire, when you have used store brand box colors and or bleach applications.
We cannot be held liable for the color change and or placement of color when aiding you in a correction.
We adhere to professional guidelines when using our botanical products. After all; we expect to enrich your hair and body when providing services to you.
Sometimes change and correction takes 1 or 2 applications to make you look and feel your best.
Perms can not be gauranteed to be the exact look you are trying to achieve if after care is not maintained.
It is NOT recommended that you comb, brush or wash your hair for at least 48 hours after the perm service.
Our stylists assist you in choosing the correct size rods according to your suggestions and desires.
Texture, weight and prior hair health make a difference in the after results with perms.
Once you have consulted with the stylist, received the service, claimed to like your finished results, paid for your services and have left the facility we cannot be held accountable any refunds, additional color corrections,
perm corrections or claims made against Destiny Day Spa or any stylists.
